Who offers the cheapest home broadband internet package in Germany? Do you have to have a phoneline to get broadband or can you get it through cable tv or some other way? How much is phoneline rental in Germany? How much is the cheapest cable tv package in Germany? Just asking because we're thinking of maybe buying a small apartment near Leipzig and we're on a budget so every € we save helps! Thanks.
